Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by location, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Within Nairobi: We offer same day delivery for all orders placed before 2PM & next day delivery for orders placed after 2PM.

Within Kenya: 24 - 72 Hours.

International: 3-10 Business Days

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Return Policy

At Afriwia, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. No Refunds:
• We do not offer cash refunds for returned items.
3. Exchange Options:
• You may exchange your item for:
• A store credit of equal value.
• Another item of equal value.
• The same item in a different size (subject to availability).
4. Return Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. How to Process a Return:

• Once approved, send the item back to the address on the Shipping label.
